Purchase of products and returns

Purchase of products

Okko Pro Ltd. manufactures camera lens filters for photographers and videographers. These lens filters are sold in New Zealand through our network of retailers. You can’t purchase our lens filters online in New Zealand.

Product prices and descriptions are on this website. We may change our product and prices at any time without prior notice. Prices are inclusive of GST.

Returns

Please choose your lens filter carefully because under New Zealand Consumer Law, retailers are not obliged to accept returns for “incorrect choice” or “change of mind”.

Our retailers may agree, at their sole discretion, to provide an exchange or a refund on the return of the products within 14 days where the product packaging is unopened and remains in a saleable condition.

Warranty

Replacement

• If your Okko product is faulty, please email a photograph and a description of the fault to us at office@okkopro.com, along with your proof of purchase and your shipping address, within 14 days of purchase for replacement.
• If your Okko product is damaged, please email a photograph and a description of the damage to us at office@okkopro.com, along with your proof of purchase and your shipping address, within 14 days of purchase for replacement.
• We ship replacement lens filters for free. 
• We don’t offer refunds for faulty or damaged products. 
• You agree that you’ll make no claim against us for any faulty or damaged product sold to you as a direct or indirect result of events beyond our control.

Okko Pro Lifetime Guarantee

• We offer a lifetime guarantee on Okko Pro lens filters. We don’t care how your filter gets broken. Break it and we replace it. 
• If your Okko Pro lens filter gets damaged, please email a photograph and a description of the damage to us at office@okkopro.com, along with your proof of purchase and your shipping address.
• We ship replacement lens filters for free. 
• We reserve the right to replace filters subject to the number of claims you make per annum. Accidents happen, but don’t make a habit of it.

Okko Lite 12-Month Warranty

• We guarantee Okko Lite lens filters to be free from defects in workmanship and materials, under normal use and conditions, for 12-months from the date you bought your filter.
• If your Okko Pro lens filter is faulty within 12-months of purchase, please email a photograph and a description of the fault to us at office@okkopro.com, along with your proof of purchase and your shipping address.
• We ship replacement lens filters for free.

Delivery of replacement lens filters

We use third-party delivery companies to deliver replacement products. You acknowledge that Okko Pro Limited is not the provider of these delivery services and merely facilitates your interaction with the delivery service providers.

If your replacement lens filter is lost or damaged during delivery, we ask that you:

• contact the delivery service provider directly to request a refund or to claim on any insurance options available; and
• contact us by sending an email to office@okkopro.com outlining in what way the products were damaged in transit so we are able to determine if the delivery service provider should be removed from our warranty services.

Copyright & intellectual property

The website and all the related products of Okko Pro Limited are subject to copyright. The material on the website is protected by copyright under the laws of New Zealand and through international treaties.

Unless otherwise indicated, all rights (including copyright) in the site content and compilation of the website (including text, graphics, logos, button icons, video images, audio clips and software) (the content) are owned or controlled for these purposes, and are reserved by Okko Pro Ltd or its contributors.

Okko Pro Limited retains all rights, title and interest in and to the website and all related content. Nothing you do on or in relation to the website will transfer to you:

Use of the website, and any of the products of Okko Pro Limited (including the delivery services), is at your own risk. Everything on the website and the products of Okko Pro Limited, are provided to you on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranty or condition of any kind.

You expressly understand and agree that Okko Pro Limited, our affiliates, employees, agents, contributors, third party content providers and licensors shall not be liable to you for any direct, indirect, incidental, special consequential or exemplary damages which may be incurred by you, however caused and under any theory of liability. This shall include, but is not limited to, any loss of profit (whether incurred directly or indirectly), any loss of goodwill or business reputation and any other intangible loss.

Okko Pro Limited is not responsible or liable in any manner for any site content (including the content and third party content) posted on the website whether posted or caused by users of the website of Okko Pro Limited, or by third parties or by Okko Pro Limited.

Indemnity

Severance

If any part of these terms is found to be void or unenforceable by a Court of competent jurisdiction, that part shall be severed, and the rest of the terms shall remain in force.
