Shipping & Order Tracking
FREE SHIPPING ON ALL ORDERS
All orders are shipped free of charge and typically take around 3-8 business days* with standard shipping. We aim to ship out the following business day after the order is placed (excluding holidays). Please note that estimated transit times do not include the time for order processing and packing.
*Okko is not responsible for delayed shipping once the package is in transit with the carrier. We will not refund shipping due to missed deliveries by the carrier.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
All international orders are shipped for free. We cannot guarantee exact delivery times due to the unknowns involved with trans-border shipping. Customs can delay, refuse to process, lose or impose unanticipated customs or duties to international shipments at their discretion. For this reason, Langly cannot guarantee the timeframe outlined by the different carrier options listed for international shipments. Okko is not responsible for paying import taxes and will not reimburse any fees incurred.

If you are seeing this message, it is most likely because your order was recently shipped and the carrier has not yet updated the tracking. Please allow up to 24 for the status to be updated and check again.
HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
Once your package is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email at the email address entered at checkout.
